Full Job Description
The purpose of this position is to assist the Managing Director in a specific benchmark activity, comparing ethical labour standards and capacity building programmes (including the related materials) for the protection of international migrant workers.
Through gap analysis and evaluation of two different internationally recognised programmes, the outcome will inform the areas that require alignment.
For this objective, our framework would utilise the established standard comparison process – Process Benchmarking Methodology.
The approach will require not only the methodologies and the tools that will be analysed through an in- depth desk review of materials provided to the consultant by the Clients, but also their effectiveness in relation to the needs of migrant workers.
